Mary E. Lee
Ms. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After a summer spent volunteering in the Israeli army, she moved to Boulder to attend Colorado Law University of Colorado. While in law school, Mary participated in a program at Hebrew University studying Human Rights and Comparative Law. After graduating, she served as a Special Master at the Jefferson County District Court and clerked for the Honorable Henry E. Nieto, before practicing law in the Denver area.
Over the years, Ms. Lee has been an active member of the Boulder/Denver Jewish community. She served on the board of Boulder Jewish Day School and committees of Allied Jewish Federation Women's Division (now JEWISHcolorado), Boulder JCC, and Jewish Family Service. She also served a term on Rose Community Foundation’s Jewish Life Committee.
Currently, Ms. Lee serves as a volunteer and on the advisory board of There With Care, the Programs Committee of Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA), and the Child and Family Development Committee of Rose Community Foundation.
Mary and her husband, Jay Schusterman, live in Boulder and have two girls, Lauren and Haley.
