Submitting Your Proposal

Donor Services

Rose Community Foundation accepts the Common Grant Application with two additional requirements:

  • If you are submitting a hard copy, please provide one complete original and one complete copy of the proposal, including all attachments.

  • Please also include a budget narrative describing significant line items in your budget. If you have any questions about what to include in this narrative, click here to see an example in PDF format. If you do not have a PDF reader, click here to download a free copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin.

Please do not use folders, notebooks or binders. Do not include videotapes or additional materials that are not specifically requested. Faxed proposals are not acceptable.

Complete proposals, including all attachments, may be submitted via email to grantsmanager@rcfdenver.org. Proposals submitted via email must be Microsoft Word and/or Excel documents, or can be in .pdf format. Scanned documents accompanying the proposal must be in .tif, .jpg, .bmp, or .pdf formats. Proposals must be either electronic or hard copy - no combination of the two formats is acceptable.
