Leveraging the expertise of Rose Community Foundation’s program officers, Rose Philanthropic Services works closely with donors to develop and implement strategic-giving plans that align with donor wishes as well as the mission of Rose Community Foundation.
Clients of Rose Philanthropic Services benefit from the depth and breadth of nationally recognized program officers and staff with direct experience in our five program areas – Aging, Child and Family Development, Education, Health and Jewish Life – as well as general efforts to improve the community. The Foundation’s program officers average more than 20 years of experience in their professional fields.
