Experience
the difference with Rose Philanthropic Services:
Donor-Centered Services
Our only focus is on the needs and intentions of donors. That means taking
the necessary time and effort to connect you to grantees and philanthropic
initiatives that best reflect your charitable values and goals. We also
make sure our donors enjoy the maximum tax benefits for their philanthropic
commitment.
Expertise and Proven Strategies
Rose Community Foundation’s team of program
officers are nationally recognized experts in our five program areas:
Aging, Child and Family Development, Education, Health and Jewish Life.
The program staff also has an in-depth understanding of the Denver-area
nonprofit community, and they are knowledgeable about a wide range of
successful grantmaking strategies, including responsive grantmaking, collaborative
funding, advocacy, organizational start-ups, leadership development, organizational
capacity-building, capital funding, systemic change and grantmaking to
public institutions.
Centers of Excellence
Each program area is structured as a Center of Excellence, with grantmaking
committees composed of Rose Community Foundation trustees and knowledgeable
community leaders. Altogether, nearly 50
volunteer community leaders and 22
staff conduct the business of the foundation, offering Rose Philanthropic
Services’ clients an unparalleled breadth and depth of community
knowledge.
Donor Options
Rose Philanthropic Services offers numerous options to donors, ranging
from the simplicity of a one-time gift to the more “hands-on”
possibilities of a donor-advised fund—almost like a “mini-foundation”
that has the name, the values and the personality that you create for
it. The Foundation’s seasoned professionals can become part of your
estate-planning team and help identify the giving options that provide
the right combination of tax advantages and donor satisfaction. Donor
options include:
General Support Gifts
Donor-Advised Funds
Supporting Organizations
Donor-Designated Funds
Field of Interest Funds
Nonprofit Organization Endowment Funds
